Once again we will meet up for another delicious veggie/vegan “No meat and greet”. I will try to update this blog on a regular basis as I am aware that we have neglected it for quite a while. I am looking forward to seeing you all.

    I met Frances who works in the health shop in Carlow and she told me all about your group. I’d love to join you all sometime..I’m halfway between vegetarian and vegan!
